It used to swing between 10% and 40% during warm-up and the first few minutes of the game. It would decrease nearly totally off when about 90 players remained, down to 5% or fewer. After 70 players, the score is 0. This isn’t ideal because I’d be at a big disadvantage during the first 7 minutes of the game.
I tried a lot of things. My router, of course, has all of the right ports forwarded, and NAT is set to open in the settings menu. UPnP is enabled. UPnP is turned off. DMZ. QoS. The above-mentioned packet loss structure is always used. Resource Monitor and Performance Monitor were the first two programs I installed.
On my end, both indicate zero percent packet loss. Using the command prompt to ping the IP addresses connected during games by watching the network connections. On most occasions, there is no packet loss. Others I was unable to reach.

Switch to ethernet

Reset Network settings
